Welcome To Fergies Canal-Side Cottage

This cute 2 bedroom cottage with everything you could wish for is on the Grand Union Canal in Warwick. It's in a great location only a short 10/15 minute walk into Warwick town, where you can visit wonderful Warwick Castle, the famous Warwick Racecourse, many unique shops, cafes, museums and bar and restaurants.

We are located right next to The Cape of Good Hope Pub also owned by us. Really convenient for JLR, Aston Martin, Warwick & Coventry Uni, IBM, Morton Morrell College, Stratford-upon-Avon, the Cotswolds and many more places of interest.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Next to the 'The Cape of Good Hope' is Fergis's Canal-side Cottage is a 2 Bedroom Cottage built for the canal workers in 1798. She sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms. There is a full kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. There's also SKY TV, Free WIFI & a lovely outdoor canal-side area. Please not that is a traditional cottage and as such the staircase is fairly steep.

TRANSPORTATION

From the South West M5, M42 and M40, exit at Junction 15 for Warwick. From the North West M6, M42 and M40 exit at Junction 15 for Warwick. From the North East M1, M69, A45 and A46 and follow the Warwick signs. From the East take the A14, M6, A45, A46 and follow the Warwick signs.

There is a bus stop at the top of the road. Train stations Warick and Warwick Parkway are 10 minutes walk away. Warwick Taxis or try Uber.
